Labor Policy

All workers have the right to refuse work or quit at any time. Workers are free to leave their employer after reasonable notice (as applicable by local country law). CNW does not employ young and new drivers who have not yet reached the age of 24.

Working Hours and Vacation Rights

CNW works according to country labor laws on working and overtime hours. Approval of overtime hours will be honored only with the approval of direct supervisor. Number of vacation days per year employee is entitled for – by law.

Wages and Benefits

Bonuses (BTA – Business Target Agreement) are measured based on: Company financial targets and Individual Key Performance Indicators. There is also a bonus program for Sales personnel based on revenue targets for new customers and existing customers.

Human Resource Management

Human resourses oversees remployee ecruitment, training and welfare. CNW also implements Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Employees Development Programs and Management Development initiatives.

Health, Safety and Environment

CNW has  business licenses in place including building, office and municipal a permits. Emergency preparedness proceedures are known to all employees.
