Elazar first entered the rush logistics field in 1986 by transporting international newspapers, and soon after established CNW in the process. Since then, he has overseen the growth of CNW for over 35 years, as it’s expanded across 24 countries and counting. From the beginning, customer satisfaction has always been his top priority, and he emphasizes a culture of reliability and accountability company-wide.
With his people-first mentality, it’s no surprise making acquaintances is Elazar’s favorite part of the business, so if you come through Miami, look forward to an invitation for a drink and a night on the town.

As Chief Operating Officer, Philippe is in charge of opening new vertical markets and products at CNW. Over the past 8 years, he has successfully launched CNW’s Automotive and Aerospace teams, while also introducing new products such as Standard Air Freight and Road Transport to compliment CNW’s top tier time-critical services. In his free time, Philippe is an active philanthropist, having founded the Inservice Foundation – a program helping those in need access recovery services.

Ken is regarded as one of the most experienced logistics executives in the industry.Renowned for leading the transformation of DHL Express, his various roles and capabilities throughout the past three decades at DHL means he knows what it takes to scale CNW and pursue a growth agenda in line with strong market demand as he steps into his new role of Chairman of the Board here at CNW.
When he has time in his busy schedule, Ken enjoys playing golf and keeping up with the latest Leeds United games!

Frits KoolFrits Kool
Vice President & General Manager, Asia Pacific
Frits joined CNW in 2016 with over two decades of experience in the same day courier and international express logistic business. Originally from Amsterdam, he worked for KLM and Airborne Express along with other next flight out service suppliers. In 2007, Frits relocated to Singapore and continued providing same day express logistics services in the region.
With a height of over 6’5” (198 cm), Frits gets a helicopter view over the countries that he responsible for in the Asia Pacific.

Thomas BlankThomas Blank

Thomas joined CNW in 2021, bringing with him four decades of experience in international logistics. He has previously worked at prominent freight forwarding companies, such as Panalpina, UTi, Geodis, and Kerry Logistics. His roles have spanned worldwide, but he has recently re-settled in Frankfurt. At CNW, Thomas is in charge of the EMEA region, using his vast knowledge to lead the operations, sales, and account management teams in the area.
He has always had a passion for aviation and air cargo. And, outside of the office, Thomas enjoys vintage cars and motorsports.

Hagai has been in the forwarding, freight, aviation, security, and logistics field with over 15 years of international and American-based experience. He has a deep understanding of the workings of airlines, customs brokers, and shipping partners. His professional passion is tailoring complicated logistic solutions to meet customers’ unique needs, which he does with an entrepreneurial, creative spirit and extraordinary attention to detail.
Hagai’s personal passion revolves around the world of spectator soccer and he loves to discuss the game with other fans.

Wallace joined CNW in 2016 with almost 10 years of experience in international logistics which he gained after completing a Master’s degree in International Transportation Management. He is very familiar with import and export channels and aspects of logistics in China. Wallace is a real ‘people person’ with very strong communication skills.
Wallace has a passion for reading about Chinese culture and religion and David Baldacci novels. In his free time, he loves to travel with his family.

Sagit joined CNW in September 2012 to manage company finances and customer accounting. Her background includes 10 years at DHL where she was in charge of budgeting and reporting. Today, Sagit oversees the financial aspects of all CNW offices across four continents. Always with a smile, Sagit is happy to deal with any customer inquiries that call for additional clarity or transparency.
She’s known for her quiet, polite, and pleasant demeanor, as well as her attention to detail and professionalism.

Ron joined CNW in early 2013 after over a decade at DHL. With a dedicated focus on his customers, he ensures day and night availability to listen and help customers realize CNW is their most reliable special logistics partner. Ron believes in open communication and makes it easy for everyone to approach CNW with urgent and emergency shipping challenges, no matter how complicated.
As a basketball and football fan and food connoisseur, Ron welcomes the opportunity to enjoy a good meal after a great game.
