Courier Network is proud to announce that it has been awarded the 2020 Intel Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement (SCQI) Program Award, in the Supplier Achievement Award (SAA) category. Recognized for its extraordinary response during the COVID-19 pandemic, CNW was among 38 companies that received a 2020 Intel Award, and is honored to be acknowledged as part of such an illustrious group.
The awards have been in place since 1987 and aim to show appreciation to Intel’s suppliers–and the employees at those companies–who contributed to Intel’s position as a leader in their field. CNW is not only honored to be an Intel supplier but is thrilled to have been rewarded for its dedication and commitment to serving Intel worldwide, especially during such a critical time.
In 2020, the COVID-19 response category was added to the Intel SCQI Awards to recognize the challenges that suppliers faced due to the pandemic and show appreciation to those companies whose dedication and innovation helped to minimize delays, issues, or setbacks for Intel’s supply chain.
For many companies, the COVID-19 pandemic created a series of unique challenges and placed a strain on supply chains worldwide. “As an expedited service provider, Courier Network recognized the immediate impact the decline of global air transportation would have on our customers. With fewer flights operating and reduced airfreight capacity, we needed to adapt and provide solutions to minimize the effect this would have on global supply chains. We made quick, calculated adjustments to ensure that our clients continued to receive shipments as fast as possible,” says Elazar Grinstein, President of CNW.
CNW views this award as a symbol of their diligence and commitment to excellence as a same day international courier. Grinstein adds, “We look forward to continuing to serve our customers with the same level of dedication and creativity that they have become accustomed to and to strengthen our position as a worldwide expedite service provider.”
