WORKING THROUGH THE HOLIDAY
During the Chinese New Year, work slows down, but business doesn’t. When our client needed urgent courier service for high-value components throughout the holidays, we made it happen.
Challenge
The Chinese New Year celebrations take over the country, making doing business difficult. But the show must go on, and a client needed to send seven daily shipments of high-value components from Shanghai to Dusseldorf, Germany.
Solution
CNW navigated the holiday celebrations and collected the shipments at the free trade zone (FTZ) manufacturing site and exported it to Germany the same night, seven nights in a row. Once the shipments arrived in Frankfurt, they were routed to the customer in Dusseldorf only hours later.
Outcome
Neither our client or their customer lost any time or money during the Chinese New Year, as shipments continued through the holiday.
